Base Wheat
Base wheat, with a minimum protein content of 11,12 or 13%, is a vital input for flour production.

High Protein Wheat
High-protein wheat, with a protein content of at least 14 or 15%, represents the most sophisticated type of soft wheat. It is used in the production of strong flours such as those intended for one of the excellent products of Italian cuisine: pizza.
Through our extensive network of suppliers in Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Canada, we can guarantee our customers the most prestigious qualities. Regarding European purchases, we assist with hedging services on Euronext. As regards to grains from Canada, we support our customers with formulas designed specifically to mitigate price volatility, which include hedging on the Minneapolis stock exchange, hedging on the dollar, and much more.
